Reset the OID - Intelliprint Series |
|
Issue / Symptom:
The Operational ID signature contains the
printer device information. If this string is corrupted, it will
cause a SERVICE ERROR 01.
Notes:
- Starting with the Product Versions
listed bleow, the OID is set directly by the flash code.
- The OID need only be reset once. If one
reset does not resolve the issue, then there is another
problem.

- Turn off the printer power.
- Press and hold the following keys:
