Procedures:
(including Intelliprint 9035 and Intelliprint 8008)
Cause: The printer flash code has been corrupted.
Solution: Flash the code through the parallel interface.
LNM40, mL320, mL401, LN21, LN28, mL210, mL280
Cause: The printer has a P02 Code SIMM and a P01 User SIMM. For
more information on SIMMs refer to TechNote IP-18.
Solution: Upgrade the product version to 1.41 or higher (LN21,
LN28, mL210, mL280) or 3.41 or higher (LNM40, mL320, mL401).
Other possible symptoms:
Printer hangs during bootup
Random Service Error 02
Random Service Error 03
Summary page will not print
Network printer will ping, but web page is not accessible
Cause: Printer RAM is bad.
Solution: Replace the DRAM ((LN21, LN28, mL210, mL280, LNM40,
mL320, mL401) or SDRAM (mL450, LN45, cL160) |
