Procedures:
Setup:
To set a static IP address:
- The display shows READY
- Press ONLINE- the display shows NOT
READY
- Press and hold MENU until the display
shows UTILITY MENU
- Press
4 until
the display shows NETWORK MENU
- Press MENU- the display shows IP ADDR
and the current address
Set the IP Setting to
manual:
- Press
4 until
the display shows IP SETTING and the current selection
- Press MENU- the display shows IP
SETTING and the current selection with a *
- Press
4
until the display shows MANUAL
- Press MENU- the display shows IP
SETTING / MANUAL *
- Press
5 - the
display will show IP SETTING / MANUAL
Set the IP address:

the display shows IP ADDR and the current address
- Press MENU- the display shows the first
segment in parenthesis

decrement / increment the segment
- When set to the desired number, press
MENU
- Repeat for the remaining segments
- After entering all four segments and
pressing MENU, the set IP address is shown with a * to the
right.

5 - the
display will show IP ADDR and the current IP address without
the *
Set the subnet mask:
- Press

- the display shows SUBNET MASK and the
current mask
- Press MENU- the display shows the first
segment in parenthesis
- Use

and 4
to decrement / increment the segment.
- When set to the desired number, press
MENU
- Repeat for the remaining segments
- After entering all four segments and
pressing MENU, the set mask is shown with a * to the right.
- Press
5 - the

- Press MENU- the display shows the first
segment in parenthesis

pressing MENU, the set gateway is shown with a * to the right.
- Press
5 - the
display will show GATEWAY ADDR and the current gateway without

Exit:
- Press ONLINE- the display will show
RESET and the printer will reboot
