1. HOW TO QUALIFY.
Every qualifying unit purchased at this website is an automatic
entry for the FREE Grand Turbo Grill.
Qualifying units must be purchased, delivered and installed between
June 12, 2006 - October 31st, 2006.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This drawing is open to all legal business entities in US. The
winners must have reached the age of majority in the jurisdictions
in which they reside. Employees, officers, and directors of
ThePrinterPlace, and their immediate family members (defined as
spouse, sibling, parent, child or grandparent and their respective
spouses of such persons) and persons living in their same
households, are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize in this
promotion. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal,
state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner
understands that in order to receive the prize, they will need to
provide a completed W-9 for tax purposes. Additionally, the winner
must agree to have their name and picture used on TallyGenicom's
website for promotional purposes.
3. RULES ARE BINDING
Participation in promotions constitutes participants understanding
of, and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of, these
Official Rules. TallyGenicom reserves the right, at their sole
discretion, to disqualify any participant that is determined to be
in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules.
TallyGenicom's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these
Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of
these Official Rules in general.
4. ODDS
The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of
eligible entries received for the drawing.
5. PRIZE
Prize will be awarded to the one (1) winner selected in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing for
the gift certificate will be held on or around December 5, 2006 and
the winner will be informed by phone and email. A cash prize of
$1,500 is available in lieu of the grill.
